Toward that end, she earned an Associate Degree in Psychology before exploring her interest in the Healing Arts. It wasn’t until September of 2014 that Rachel enrolled in the 1000 hour, Holistic Health Practitioner Program, and has been attending ever since. A former Administrative Assistant for an engineering firm in Carlsbad, Rachel brings strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal communication skills to her position as Student Advisor/Receptionist. Rachel eagerly anticipates her graduation in October of 2015 so she may begin pursuing her long term career goal which is to build a practice that focuses on pre-natal massage. Her intention is to eventually establish a “Sanctuary for Expectant Mothers” where she and other massage therapists can provide nurturing, therapeutic bodywork and share healthy lifestyle and holistic health practices with expectant mothers.

Feeling a surge of activity in her hands, she became excited at the connection she experienced when working with others and was moved to pursue energy work. Some of her favorite classes include CranioSacral, Energy work for Bodyworkers and Reiki I & II. Jenn continues to explore all things metaphysical and is fascinated by the body’s human energy field and innate ability to heal itself. Jenn operates a private practice in Huntington Beach where she customizes massages using a variety of modalities that include: Swedish/Circulatory, Deep tissue, Acupressure, Reiki, Lymph Drainage and Sports Massage. Jenn believes each day is a new opportunity to share love and assist others in their personal growth, and does so in her position as Student Advisor/Receptionist for Healing Hands School – Laguna Hills
