Tai Chi Classes is an assortment of mind-body exercises that has provided many people health benefits for centuries. It is known for as a slow moving exercise with an intention for inward focus, balance, and self defense movements. It requires no equipment, very little space, and is practiced anywhere, anytime, and by everyone. This includes all ages of people and those with chronic diseases.
All levels welcomed! $15 each class or $60 prepaid for 5 classes.
